Doug Stephens is incredibly insightful, with a great vision. I was inspired and motivated to think about retail in a different manner!

Doug is by far my favorite futurist author. What I love the most is the back and forth from how we got to "x" point to where we are going in the future. We can see things in his book being implemented into the market almost in real time.
